Richard

If you have set some new records then I am sure you have videoed the attempt, so when do we get to see them?

We wish you all the best Richard!

Thousands of press questions, reaching then thousands of readers, you will be busy during the next months.

The promotion video is a good proposal from Storer, you should commission some high skilled filmmaker at the level of your photographer.

Right!, and no 50's music. Just throaty exhaust and maybe some real British Rock music, Led Zeppelin comes to mind - I can't put Kelly Clarkson & an Ultima together, and for that, can't put kelly Clarkson anywhere.

The 2nd and 3rd factory built Ultima Evolution are already under construction here at the factory.

Here is the second Evo Coupe 1020 under construction with the new Evo Coupe 1020 demo car pictured in the background.
This second car is wearing an alternative style of wheel which is also now an option in the new Ultima Evolution wheel range:

Somebody knew about the new model a while ago if you are that far on with a build......

Do they only come in black!

I cannot imagine what a GTR is like to drive with 1000hp. There are very few occasions that I think my car needs over 400hp more!

I'm a little confused, the car pictured is the 1020 BHP right?
The literature states:

Twin front mounted Ultima charge cooler system developed for supercharged V8 LS Chevrolet V8 engine installations

Twin air filter engine air intake Ultima system developed for the supercharged V8 LS 1020bhp engine installation
So the 1020 doesn't have charge cooling but lower output s/c engines do?
I ask as I have an interest in the chargecooler system if front mounted.

The supercharger used is a Whipple off road supercharger for the LSx platform. It houses a decent sized chargecooler beneath the blower as per other top mounted superchargers.

The twin charge cooler system that the Factory refer to are the heat exchangers (or low temp radiators) that are mounted in the front clam. These cool the water after its passed through the chargecooler mounted under the blower.

You can actually see them (kind off) in one of the pics of the front clam and wheel. See this picture in the top right corner you can just see the low temp radiator.

If you are thinking about your ProCharged car, 417 motorsports in the US have a charge cooler that sandwiches between the lid and base of the Holley Hi Ram intake manifold. They are also rumoured to be developing a version that will be the same height as the Holley intake but will incorporate the charge cooler also. LPE also have an intercooled intake available.

This is the 3rd factory built Ultima Evolution Coupe already under construction here at the factory in our new shade of dark blue gel coat.

This Evo is wearing an alternative third style of wheel which is also now an option in the new Ultima Evolution wheel range and will be equipped with the pictured American Speed supplied LS7 engine.
We offer the wheels in any colour paint code that the customer desires (not just the gold!).

We now offer the full range of Braid wheels for the Ultima at unbeatable prices.

Regards to all,
Are all of those car's running the long wishbones on the front Richard?
There seems to be very little rim on the outside of the wheel!

Is there much difference in the weight of the Braid wheels versus the OZ ones?

id say wishbones are short... if you look at the wheel, the wheel nuts are resessed very deep which would indicate rather than deep dish of rim, all the deepness is within the hub

i recognise those wheels too. doesnt Jonny running them on the race Ultima ?

i wonder what price they are?

I think there might be one or two unhappy recent purchasers now......

We are here to help any current builder upgrade to Evolution spec with pleasure. We have already discussed and agreed this with a vast number of current new build customers already. See this below FAQ which is listed along with many others on the new Evolution web page:

I am already half way through my GTR or Can-Am self -assembly new build or have a new factory order placed already for a new Ultima GTR or new Ultima Can-Am which is yet to be delivered. Can I upgrade to an Ultima Evolution?

Yes.
Our new build customers command the utmost priority here at Ultima Sports Ltd and we are extremely grateful for their loyalty and placing their confidence and faith in us. We are very happy to work with new build customers who have yet to finish their car to help them upgrade their Ultima to an Evolution specification and for new unregistered cars which have the latest vastly superior year 2013 onwards chassis we are happy to issue Ultima Evolution VIN plates as long as the customer is happy to purchase a certain proportion of upgrade parts to meet the new improved Ultima Evolution specification criteria. It will be our pleasure to work with customers on a “one on one” individual basis to satisfy their desires where possible so that they aren’t building a now obsolete GTR or Can-Am model.

Do those bags really fit into the luggage containers fully packed? They look massive in the photos...

Plus why a left hooker on UK plates?

Well done
Graham
Yes the luggage bags do just fit but are tight, they will only fit if the Ultima is constructed to factory specifications which means that the luggage compartments are empty and the ECU is placed in the frontal cockpit zone behind the purpose made access panel which is accessed when you lift the front bonnet.

Over 80% of Ultima cars we sell are left hand drive so it makes sense for us to present the car in this manner. We actually receive around one dozen emails per week asking if we even offer left hand drive! Many manufacturers do this with their factory demo cars such as McLaren.

All the Evolution cars pictured are running standard length front wishbones.
However we can fit longer front wishbones should a new build Evolution customer desire them for just £34 plus VAT extra.

The "forged" Braid wheels are 8kgs lighter than the OZ. Many of their "cast" versions you may have seen before are heavier than the OZ. Braid were very keen to supply the Ultima Factory.
