problem inside front wheel arch
Discussion
Hello,
I just discovered that my right wheel touches the inner side of the right front headlight, and it is starting damage the inside.
The wheel has enough clearance to wheel arch is stop position, but I think when the car is rolling the suspension start to do his job and probably hit the wheel arch... I do not know exactly what happens.
I attached a picture, maybe is clearer than my English..
Any advice?
Thank you!

I put a travel limiter under the accordion boot on the steering rack to prevent this. I used a thick PVC pipe to increase the area any loads were applied across on the end of the steering rack.
This also allows the fitting of wider front tires and wheels.
Another thing that you should consider is the updated light boxes sold by the factory. They will prevent this.

Hi,
I just replaced my lights with a set of led lights. Execution perfect. The cover is smaller so it does not catch the wheel.
Besides, it only covers once and I have peace of mind. There is no need to replace the bulbs.

Any modifications you had to do to the harness shifting from old to new led lights...... and did you include the day light running light.I just replaced my lights with a set of led lights. Execution perfect. The cover is smaller so it does not catch the wheel.

I did not have any problems with the exchange of lights. I asked Ricchard if they would have trouble adjusting the led lights to mine. He said no.
I threw out the old lights, put on a new LED. Electrical connections are ok you only need to electrically adjust the lights for daytime running, but that's not a problem.
The cost is good but it's really worth it. Simple adjustment.
Because I painted the car, I replaced the carbon fiber style dipped headlight cluster / pair.
It looks great.
