G96/00 gearbox. Need new cables

Hello all!

My gear stick goes bad, and my mechanic says me that the operation cables are worn.

So the question is simple: where can I find a new ones? The cable is too long, and the OEM Porsche cables will not fit I suppose.

There area bunch of companies out there that make custom push-pull control cables. I'm in the US and got mine from www.controlcables.com made to custom length, medium duty.

They really should not wear to any great extent, do you have tight bends?

what Joules said, the guys at control cables have got this nailed also in agreement with Joules if your cables are worn I would take a hard look at my installation these cables should be good for 100,000 miles easy. Lee
