I've got an engine from Real Steel fitted with 7.5" deep Canton oil pan. Having test fitted, the pan will not clear the chassis "sump guard" crossmember. Real Steel have been very helpful and did check with Ultima factory before using this pan. I consulted factory, and they said the 7.5" deep pan should be OK, but I might need spacers between block and mount. Could be that the Energy motor mounts supplied by Real Steel set engine slightly lower than Lakewood. Raising engine 1/4" would sort things, alternative is change to 7" pan. Has anybody had to use spacers on engine mounts for this reason?

The factory fit spacer plates on the engine mounts only to move the engine forward an inch, because of the long nose G50 boxes (The boxes with rubber mount on the back.) But it does also raise the engine about 6 to 8 mm. The gearbox will hit the Top cross member if the engine is to high.
ps my sump is about 7" deep.

Thanks Clive.
I have the long box, so if I have to move the engine forwards, gives scope for slight adjustment of height. 8mm should be enough, will have to wait until full trial fit with g/box. Do spacers come with gearbox mounting kit?
