New GTR 383 owner, Wiltshire

I am a new owner of a GTR near Westbury, Wiltshire.

Is there anything going on with regards to events, would love to hear from owners.

Is there a club etc

Nice to hear from a new owner, welcome. There is no club as such but apart from Pistonheads there is an Ultima Owners Page on Facebook where you will probably more info of days out etc. There are 2 events each year where the factory get involved with parking etc. One is the Silverstone Classic and the other is the Kit Car Show at Stoneleigh.

Cheers guys - The car has just had a new engine fitted by John Sleath, done about 250 miles in it so far.

It needs a bit of tidying here and there, thinking of a wrap perhaps?

Regarding the Silverstone Classic, I would recommend you asking Richard and crew at the Factory

As a new owner it will be invaluable building a relationship with the Factory.

They keep records (Andy) of everything purchased from them for your chassis number, date supplied, etc.

You will need replacement parts over time and may wish to upgrade. Richard is reasonably human so a call to introduce yourself and get answers (if they can help) is well worth it.

Folks,
I spoke with Richard not all that long ago and the Factory will be concentrating on fulfilling their customer orders rather than attending the Silverstone classic this year. Its goo they are keeping busy to keep the community growing! So the Silverstone classic event will be down to us owners to organise this year. I'll pop up a separate post on that.

The factory will however be at the Stoneleigh kit car show this year.
