Wasn't bad but the voice in the back of my head kept saying "you only get one shot at this. If you get it wrong, you'll have to look at it forever". Pretty happy with how it came out. Only snag I had was the drivers side air vent. The face of the vent didn't quite match the contour of the dash so I had to heat it up and reshape it slightly to match. Fixed it cosmetically but warped the internals of the vent. Waiting on a replacement vent to swap beauty rings with and then all done. Good times...

Out of interest, why do you have an analogue oil pressure and fuel level gauge?

For 3 reasons;

It's the way Ultima did the dash in the red RS with the AIM and I liked the way it looked.

If the AIM fails, those are the 2 critical things I'd need to keep driving.

It breaks up the monotony of a completely blank dash.
