Guys,

I know my local tyre and exhaust Dealer exceptionally well. I always take a crate of beer for the guys on the four cars I own and seem to be down there quite alot over the year.

Been down again today, another crate of beer and asked about the Ultima tyres. Don`t know how this compares to what you guys get, but costs as follows including valve and balance and no charge for fitting them. They`ve done my Esprit tyres and a few of my mates with the OZ split rims and they fit correctly with no damage or bent rims:-

Rears 335/30/ZR18 £295
Fronts 245/35/ZR18 £225
Both Goodyear Eagle F1 G.S. Fiorino

When I was at Guy`s earlier this week, BlueSatin, he said the tyres are scrubbed, but these would be brand new direct from Goodyear with next day delivery, so I don`t know if that makes a difference.

For a crate of beer, seems cheap for their size.

Dealer is Humphries Tyre and Exhaust, Bagshot Road, Bracknell, Berks. RG12 Tel 01344 421441, ask for Simon the Manager and say that Dave the Lotus man sent you to get these prices.
Hope this helps!!

As always, no affiliation to them, just trying to save you guys money if poss!!

If that's price per tyre without VAT.
Then the rears are more than factory but the fronts are much less than factory.
If those are with VAT then they are very good.

I agree the fronts sound expensive. Rears are good tho.

What I meant by scrubbed was that they come with 5mm tread depth new rather than the usual 8mm on most tyres. Sorry for the confusion
