I'm Fraser White and live in Cheshire England; I'm a serving Police Officer (don't shout!) and have always had an interest in cars. I built a Contemporary Cobra Replica 9yrs ago but sold it to buy a house :-(. I currently tune Volvo T5's and have a small web business at www.T5UK.com.
My other love is motorbikes and have a Ducati 916 SPS and a GSXR 750 Suzuki.

Hi Fraser!

Does this mean we can all SPEED in Cheshire? You might want to read some of the GMan's posts as he might be good for a promotion! Of course.....you'd have to catch him first . Hope to see you in an Ultima real soon!

Hi everyone!
I am Simon Jenkins, I'm 37, I live within a mile of London's Heathrow Airport. I have been into cars since I can remember. I live on my own but have a busy household and good social life. I am currently not working fulltime (not since the September 11th crisis) as I was made redundent from Heathrow's Terminal 4 where I worked as a Unix System Administrator for about 5 years. I now build computers to finance myself with my new company which I aquired recently, but I have no desire to find another burn out job such as the last. As long as I have fuel in the Ultima, some beers in the fridge, a tidy house and good friends I am happy. Oh yeah, and a few decent blondes from time to time. I re-mortgaged my house to finance the Ultima, and fortunately found a really great metallic anthracite (NOT brown as BANANA MAN says )car, which was factory built but required another engine and box. The build quality on this vehicle is fantastic and I can't wait to show it to you all. Hopefully it will be ready in the next 4-6 weeks, and definately in time for LeMans this year. I am also into bikes and have a Suzuki GSXR 750, and my everyday driver is a recently imported Nissan 300ZX TT, which is really good fun. I am electrically and mechanically trained, although I don't have a garage of my own otherwise I would have built my own Ultima. I have met some great guys here and look forward to enjoying the Ultima expereince with all of you in the summer.

My name is Eric, I live in Philadelphia, PA. I was most recently a project manager/consultant for the telecommunications industry, but have decided to get my engineering degree since the economy is in the dumps.

My past toys have included a 91 Toyota MR-2, 2002 Corvette, various Suzukis, Kawasakis and a Ducati 916. Currently driving a WRX and hoping to purchase an Ultima GTR kit in two years (or whenever the wife lets me!). Just gathering as much information as I can before actually ordering it.

Hello,
I'm Allan, but my old college friends call me THELBO - stands for 'The Little Bearded One'.
For years I had wanted a Ferrari, and then I discovered the Ultima site. But how does it look in the 'flesh'? I turned up late in the day at Virginia Water last October, and was hooked. Thanks GTRCLIVE for spending time talking to me.
I did rallying for 5 years with an Escort Twin-Cam (thats a Mk1 Escort with the Lotus Elan TC engine for you youngsters). As a family man I now have a Renault Scenic, with an old Hyundai S Coupe to get to the station (I work in London at the moment). I'm a qualified accountant but now work self employed as a financial systems specialist. Stig - great site, where does the Stig come from? As far as I am concerned there was only one - the great Blomqvist.
Big question is when I'm going to take the plunge - possibly later this year if a business venture comes off.The sooner the better. Any more meetings at VW planned?
