Exhaust Header Clearance

On my CanAm, I have a standard 350 block, a G50 transaxle, factory Stainless Steel Exhaust, and I bought the engine mounts, including the transmission mount from Ultima.
On the right side of the car, between the header pipe and frame rail, there is 1/8" clearance. On the left side of the car, there is 3/4" clearance between the header and the frame rail.
Has anybody else had this problem, and how is it corrected.
