Thinking I may try and get down to LM.
Anybody got a spare place on 'Our' campsite?
Anybody know my best chance of a ferry booking ideally from Portsmouth?

  1. Steve, there will be places at the same campsite we went to last year as a couple of ours have dropped out... ferry could be another problem!

Thanks for that Paul.
Spoke with the Ferry earlier today and can get the overnight on Wed. and the return on Monday for £140 return. How does that compare?

Snap - Also on 8.42 train and staying in Camping Blue. Will be in Purple Sports.

It was a bit touch and go, as the project to move the aircon condenser into the side pod has only been completed today. Hoping it will make a big difference to both engine and cabin cooling!!!

Booked leave from work.
Booked ferry. £140 sounded like a good deal.
Out on Brittany Ferries Portsmouth 23.15 Wed. getting into Caen 7.15 Thurs.
Back 17.00 Monday Caen-Portsmouth.
Now all I have to do is squeeze everything in the car.

Anybody else doing the same times?

I put the new condenser in and moved the receiver dryer myself. Then took it into Charles who sorted all the pipework.
