Ouch......that's gotta hurt........the wallet

Jeez, that does look nasty, although I don't think they would have been too badly hurt.
Not sure about the car though. Front of the chassis could well be bent. To be honest, only the engine and box would be worth salvaging?
I would guess the engine probably came from Real Steel, they were the suppliers in those days, so not worth a fortune, although it is the HO type.

I have seen these wheels in the flesh on Porsche and TVR and they look fabulous. I had a chat with the Porsche owner about the rims and he said they are a bitch to stop from going a bit dull and there was no noticeable difference, albeit the car was mostly driven on the road and come to think of it, was only ever used on track as a pace car so I was told. IMO this is as good as it gets and I would dearly love to have a set on the GTW but I have imposed a spending ban on the project and simply can not justify it. p on the other hand has far to much money to play with and bearing that in mind I fully endorsed this latest whim
P.S. Can I buy these rims from you p when you do eventually move to pastures new? I would even consider changing from centre locks for these babies. Failing that, you can always buy me a set at the same time old amigo?

Back to the damaged Spyder
Whats a car like this worth ?
Anyone on here have a front clip spare or moulds ? contacts ?
Would love to own an Ultima, maybe this is the only way I'll get one,
I'm pretty handy with the GRP

At a minimum they will most likely want to inspect the chassis to see that it is repairable and straight before they agree to supply any of the parts you are most likely going to need to buy from them.
From the looks of it you are going to need far more than just a front clip.
If it were me I would get a complete GTR body.
Steve
FWIW, I would take it as read that the chassis, & therefore bodyshell, are write offs.
Exhausts are different from GTR & CANAM & power is below what everyone seems to want these days, plus IIRC the 350 HO ZZ4 was a new block used on pre SVA cars - therefore I "think" on a "new" car it would really struggle emissions wise - I believe factory engines are all based on old blocks to avoid emissions regs.
Be ideal for someone like me though to re-engine with!
