Awesome.
Agreed, I like it. Looks like you have extensivly modified the rear frame to allow fitting the rear diffuser. Any photos of the chassis modifications that you made?

Thanks very much for taking the time to post the photos.

Thank for the interesst. No, the Chassis is a GTR Basically.
We only have cut the pick up points for the original engine cover hood away.
Then our complete flatfloor fitts perfect!
And we made a small change on the complete suspention smile

Good job Gottfried. Particulary on the side pods and front end. Everybody knows that this car needs an extra downforce at the front at high speeds specially when cornering.
IMHO a modern LS7 lump + sequential gb should be a must to complete the beast.
Cheers,

we have installed a V8 Brodix Alloy engine +700 HP, works very nice on motec ecu, more power than Ls7 fully tuned (exept the turbos).
Gearbox is a Holinger Sequential already, with AGS pneumatic paddle shift System (from Audi R8 LeMans Car)! Runs really peferct,...ok,.. was also really expensive too! But it was a customer order, so we had to do!
Work already done smile

Mmmmm....it sounds good. Holinger is out of my budget I'll keep working on my Ricardo unit...(God help me please)smile

By the way...what's that carbon box at the rear of your chassis?

Looks like a hoover - not to my taste but each to their own.

Please be mindful of the advertising rules Gottfried.

(Edited in fairness to Gottfried until I've seen their work first hand)

STIG, I actually have looked up what you were saying as I did not understand what "give it a wide berth" meant.
German translation: es heisst "weit aus dem Weg gehen".

What series is this going to be in, and when is the next race? I'd be interested in seeing how it's doing, in the same way I always find MacG's posts interesting.

Stig, I don't understand your comment either, despite being a native speaker. Is there something you know that we/I don't? Not sure if it was intended as a compliment or an insult, but it reads like an insult. confused

I'm sure it will look even better in pure c/f. What's the difference in terms of appearance between this 2011 version and the original 2009 one? Apart from the rear wing and side carbon sill? I always feel the front end needs some change (redesign). It (only the front end) looks different but not better than the original GTR. However, the side does seem to be an improvement on the original. Can we have some photo of the rear 3/4 view, please (if it's different from the 2009 model)?

Thank you ;-)
Yes your correct. We designed this shape with CFD Simulation Software. It gives a much better Airflow.
As we love performance more than anything!

Just as well he only wants to drive it on track - Make sure he knows that it will never be allowed (legally) on any road - the height of the front headlights and the indicators would prevent it from passing IVA, or any road test in any other country I think.
