Couldn't hold off for any longer - 6 years dating had to happen sooner rather than later !
We are getting married in Bali, it is actually not that expensive compared to Singapore or the UK

This is venue : www.sukhavatibali.com

We should get a proper session sorted !

There are some words that you should not mention around HGL .... Session is one of them, especially when in combination with alcohol.

Mind you, does this mean we are going to have to give you a stag party?

KTV bars in Joo Chiat anyone??? hehe

Fallen indeed - not getting any younger, bite the bullet and jump in head first

I had the thought of Mick Jagger - if you don't register with the British Counsel then in theory you are only married in Indonesia

If giving a 2nd stag party can be construed as a reason to go out and get drunk - it works for me !
Won't let the other half know its at a KTV bar - Singapore Party Girls (SPG) ahoy !

With the hours HPL works - I don't think he needs an excuse

moving house on Wednesday / Thursday.

In KL for 2 days next week (as yet unconfirmed) an di have just got back from the physio .... back strapped up with surgical tape etc so Joo Chait is out ... far too physical for a bloke with 3 compressed vertebrae!!!

eta perhaps "The Clinic" at Clarke Quay may be appropriate for me!!

Me too, had an operation 18 months ago to cure the nerve compression. Which worked a treat, but it's prolapsed again - though thankfully no compression (yet)

Did you mention doing Muai Thai? How do you do that with a jiggered back???

HPL, touch wood my back has been fine for a couple of years now
I had around 20 Epidurals in the space of a year and it thank god relived the symptons

I now have stiffness resurfacing every few months

I actually find the Muay Thai helps in terms of lumbar mobility - the rotational forces and exercises help build muscle around the pelvic and core areas

Of course my symptons and pain maybe will opst likely be different from yours

Mmm That's a good point, I did a couple of sessions learning Thai boxing back in the UK and recall that involved a lot of stretching - only stopped because I got posted to Saudi. Currently I'm still seeing a physio since my last flare-up and am limited in what I can do in the gym, but it's improving and expect to be able to get back to the gym in a couple of weeks. Maybe I should find a Muay Thai learners class????

I go to Punch Academy
They have a intense, fitness focus or dedicated fight training classes
I go to fitness focus, teaches basics and then some - good all round workout and relive some stress

They offer a trial lesson for free
Works out around 22 - 15 per a lesson (1.5/ 1 hour (s))

http://www.punchacademy.com/

Good fun and get to hit a bag - trust me it has come in useful in terms of self defense - when/ if we meet I will share with you my NYE experience

Physio Kit are in Camden Medical Center just behind Tanglin Mall, and its $95 for what generally turns out to be an hour and a half plus session, and are reputedly the best in Singapore.

Do they do just massage? I tend to go to the Oz bar at Tanglin mall when I visit?

Last time I had a really good massage for $60 for an hour at a Reflexology place in (don't laugh, proper kosher massage, no funny buisness!) in Orchard Towers last time.

What? No Happy ending in the foor floors?? They'll be kicked out!!

I go to the rehabilitation clinic at Gleneagles and pay S$69 for traction and a massge which normally runs to 1hr 20. Very professional there.
