Tidal Hi Def Streaming - Anyone using it?
Discussion
Is anyone using it via a "decent" streamer? The reason I ask is as I understand it, Sonus doesn't support anything above CD Quality (16 bit / 44.1 kHz). Tidal supports flac lossless etc.
I wonder if Naim will be supporting it.
Just wondered if anyone here was using it in anger?
Cheers

Yep, signed up last week. £20 per month but amazing quality and all the latest stuff with properly curated play lists. You can download the app onto up to 3 "remote" devices and download anything you like for playback. The quality has brought my hifi to life and makes all my ripped MP3s sound flat and lifeless. Not cheap but I think I'll keep using it.

Sonos does support FLAC through Qobuz. Apparently Sonos trying to get Tidal on it but no date yet for release. Only found out after subscribing....I wonder if Naim will be supporting it.

I signed up yesterday using the 60 day free trial they are offering Linn customers.
So far I'm somewhat predictably impressed by how good it sounds compared to compressed streaming services, but won't pay for a fairly limited selection especially when they have the nerve to charge UK customers ~50% more than those in the US.
