Got it thanks. How does that compare to online?
Sky.com are doing: Entertainment + Line Rental + Broadband Unlimited = £38/month. I could do £30/month
Entertainment + Line Rental + Fibre Unlimited = £50/month. I could do £35/month... yep £35.

On my Sky account I can get a 2Tb box and mini for a one off fee of £115 and then an extra £12 a month. Can I better that if I ring up?
I also have the F1 channel on its own as a legacy item, will I loose that if I upgrade, or does the viewing package stay the same on Q?
Thanks
Yup - they reduced the cost for me to £80 for the install. They won't do anything about the monthly cost though. I also have the F1 channel on its own as a legacy item, will I loose that if I upgrade, or does the viewing package stay the same on Q?
Thanks

As already mentioned in this thread, I cancelled and signed back up as a new customer, albeit through a deal via my work - Al channels inc movies, sport, HD and boxsets, 2TB box and mini box. £20 installation and £57 a month.I also have the F1 channel on its own as a legacy item, will I loose that if I upgrade, or does the viewing package stay the same on Q?

Looks like a PH'er can do even better deals so I'd cancel and go for the best new customer deal you can.

TV bundle will stay the same. Definitely worth ringing Customer Services and ask for Retentions.I also have the F1 channel on its own as a legacy item, will I loose that if I upgrade, or does the viewing package stay the same on Q?

Anyone know of any Sky Fibre unlimited deals going for existing broadband customers? I had a chat online with a Sky Expert (lol) and best he could do was regurgitate what was on the website, £35/m with a £10 one-off cost
Should be £30/month. Fibre Unlimited £11.01 + Line Rental £18.99.Offers change all the time though and depending on which department you speak to, you may get a different answer. Sky.com, telephone, live chat and retail all seem to have different offers. My department obviously having the best for new customers though but we do the worse for existing which is a customer service jobbie.

Ok thanks anyway, that £11.01 is what I'm being quoted for Sky 25Gb rather than unlimited though. I can only see the price you quoted for Unlimited for new customers Offers change all the time though and depending on which department you speak to, you may get a different answer.
