I'd just start a new one. I imagine most of the poster's in this thread are Sky customers and doubt many Virgin customers will open a Sky thread.

A bit like asking for help with your Audi on a BMW forum.

I'm thinking of re-joining for when sports start up again.
Would want;

movies

ultra hd
broadband

Cant contact them as they are not taking calls & the online price is £100 odd.
Anyone able to help me get a better deal?

The best I managed was £79.50 for 18 months, for the following:

Sky Signature - £17.00
Ultimate TV - £6.00
Sky Cinema - £11.00
Sky HD - £6.00
Multi screen - - £12.50
Broadband super fast and line rental - £27.00

Reduced from circa £112.00 before and includes Netflix.

Did you ring them for that? My deal expired yesterday but their website says urgent calls only and the online offers are rubbish.

I called them using 0333 2022 135. Speak to the value team...careful as their contact center has a habit of throwing you out, make sure you select a problem with your bill..

Is Signature exactly the same as the old Entertainment pack, but with the addition of Box Sets? If so, appears better value?

I've currently just got entertainment, HD, kids and Go extra, which I'm paying £18 a month for. Ordered a 2nd TV, so going to need to add multi-room and may as well add UHD, and will probably try and roll Netflix into the contract, which I'm paying £8.99 for HD at the moment.

Signature looks like it's going to cost me more, for not much, so that's not looking very appealing.

Can't seem to find any way to add multi-room via the website at the moment....

Have they changed the packages around again to hide it?! Tips/suggestions welcome....
