Black Friday won't generally include discounts like friends and family. Send me or a few of the guys on here a PM and we'll send you some codes.
So we've been told the Staff IAF deal with Broadband and TV should come out better than the BF deal, but if it's TV only then go for the BF deal.

Following on from the above

managed to get within £1 of that offer as an existing customer,

also discounted broadband and talk

how does this stack up to the best deals ??

Spent 45 minutes on the phone to them this morning, £125 for a 2tb Q box and 3 mini box’s then £38 a month for Sky Signature, cinema and sport. Can’t help thinking they’ve cocked up as that’s half the price that I’m paying at the moment for all those channels?

just spent an hour on chat. Was paying £47 for all TV , multiroom,hd and sports but no movies.

They want £60 to renew and that its a great deal as it should be £84.

I said I wont pay more than I currently pay which is £47.

so I cancelled, she wasn't fussed at all which is fair enough

If that really was the best offer she had, what more could she do other than process your cancellation as you insisted you wouldn't renew unless it was £47 again.

Nothing which is fair enough. I posted it for feedback. Sky used to try hard to keep you but they aren’t so fussed these days, I was surprised but no big deal.

My price has gone from £21 to £41 in the 2 years it's been installed. Reading others you all seem to be paying way more than me.

So I have Sky Q 2tb box and a mini in the kitchen

Package is

Sky entertainment = £9
Ultimate Demand = £12
Sky HD = £6
Sky Q = £14
Total = £41

Looking that their black Friday deals if anything things work out more expensive. Yes if I had movies or sports the prices are better. But I don't have a massive desire for them

Advice please!

We don't have an Ariel as it was a new build that came with Sky and BT FTTP ready.

We are heavy Sky Atlantic watchers and the Sky system is so easy so don't want to move away just don't know if I can get £10 knocked off a month (not kidding myseld that I'll get back to £21)

Davie_gla, I would be interested in an offer if you can pm me? We are moving house and its a bit middle of nowhere so we can't take broadband (2mb guarantee is just too low). We were looking for sports, multi-room, netflix, uhd, kids, movies and maybe BT Sport too. We had a call on Friday offering all thit except BT Sport for £57.50. We couldn't agree because the house move had a mini disaster, no problem the guy from Sky said, I'll ring back monday night. Disaster averted monday night get a call from a woman at Sky and the price is now over £60. We said no, not sure why it went up but hopeful we can get it back to £57.50!

Thanks in advance

I’ve the full package but mid deal of an 18months

Phone
Fibre
All tv package
F1 HD
Sky q
3 mini boxes
Netflix

Now it’s c £120 pcm.

Is it realistic mid term on Black Friday to nail a deal.

Unless you have the best fibre package? I can only get 30MB in my area

Message sent - though first time I've sent a message and it wasn't obvious that it had been sent, let me know if not. Thanks

Snap on the fibre.

So you simply called them up and asked for the Black Friday discount for existing customer?
I’d very much appreciate that saving for 18months

Freesat uses your satellite dish (Freeview uses an traditional ariel).

Obviously doesn't solve your other points which I agree with. I know people with all sorts of alternatives (often illegal) but we really like the ease of the Sky planner too.
