Are there any free stuff sign up deals on the horizon?

Been happy with now tv for a while now, but having bought a few months of sports for the cricket World Cup/ashes, I’m quite into having sports on tap. As the cost on now tv is high for sport, am starting to look into getting back on the sky bandwagon.

Preferably as cheap as possible, and if they’d chuck me a tv or similar, I could be tempted.

I called up yesterday and got 50% off everything as part of their Black Friday deals, was the same deal available to new customers apparently

I'm very tempted by the current BF online deal to upgrade from HD to the new 1TB UHD SkyQ box + 1 mini: extra £6.50 a month (don't currently have multiroom) + one-off £20.

Could get the 2TB for £40 but we just don't archive much.

We were on an “old” Q bundle.

Phoned up today (basically saying we wanted the black friday deal) and have made a saving of £40 pm- so 50% less.

Bit of a thread resurrection. My Broadband contract runs out in a few weeks and I have an old steam driven Sky box. I’m a platinum Sky customer apparently, (which doesn’t mean a thing to me.)
Rang up and looked to take out a fibre Broadband/Sky Q package . No offers or attempts to tempt me to actually switch.

Are there any current deals for existing customers ? Is it possible to cancel and sign the other half up as a new customer at the same address?

You should get a discounted Q box through Sky VIP? 2 TB and a Mini for £40 up front? £13pm for the Q mini and UHD though.

An hour on the phone with the retention dept got super fast B/B, boost, box sets, Netflix, entertainment pack, unlimited talk package and a 1TB box (didn't want to pay £10/month extra for multiroom to get the 2TB) for £41/month. (£3 cheaper without b/b boost). Nothing upfront.
That's cheaper than my current BT b/b and basic Sky with an old steam driven box, so content with that

Nice - does that include the actual Netflix subscription, or is that seperate?

Is the SKYGUY on here still. I do believe I am now out of contract as my bill has nearly doubled!

Give them a call and see what's possible. I can do deals but the best ones are for new customers, unfortunately.

Initially the person on the ticket was me, then we switched to the Missus. Could we switch back to me again??
