Recommend speakers for this installation
Discussion
Evening,
Not paricularly clued up on all this stuff, but do have some idea...
In the process of having one of these installed on the side of the house.
Have a central control room in the house with Amp etc all connected up to a Wireless streaming device. This is all sorted, just need to decide which speakers to install...inside the house there is a lot of Tannoy equipment, Floorstanders and bookshelves mainly.
Have bought a pair of BOSE 251 Environmentals to go on the outside of the conservatory, but need something sleek to go inside. If you look at the pictures there is a 1-2ft bulkhead around the perimeter of the room - ultimately this is the perfect place to install a pair of ceiling mounted speakers? From my experience ceiling mounted speakers arent great, I think they sound muted and a bit tinny...
I have seen these on the internet - BOSE 791 - http://homeavdirect.co.uk/bose-791-series-ii-virtu...
What are they going to be like? Im assuming I could spend considerably less on wall mounted speakers that would ultimately sound a lot better? If so, do you have any recommendations for a tidy looking wall mounted speaker that could fit in nicely with the design of the room?
Any advice appreciated.

Assuming that is a library pic from the supplier? Whats your layout going to be with regards to size and furniture. Is there going to be a tv in there?
Ceiling speakers are good for background/non essential listing. If you are going to be spending a lot of time in there, I would personally look at other options on the floor/wall/inwall that would give me better stereo.
If you do got for ceiling speakers, get something where the tweeter tilts, aside from Bose look at Monitor Audio, Kef and B&W. Go for 8" if suitable. If its a tv room, this is an ideal stage to put wires in for surround sound speakers.
You can always contact Vex on here for advice, as he is in the industry.
