I was surprised to find Rock Jaw are a small family business. Their customer care is really good as a result and worth supporting imho.

The cable is fine - the only potential iffy bit is the USB C cover on the charging socket but it's no worse than other devices with a similar arrangement.

I've been delighted with these, they are a real bargain. They're very well made and importantly they sound awesome, they sound better and better with use too.

I found that with mine.

I reached out to Rock Jaw they advised me that to ensure it was securely fitted and locked in, mine wasn’t since pushing it in correctly works perfectly and now fully secure from the outside elements.

I ordered a pair too. Seemed good value.

I need them to replace a pair of Bose in ear noise cancelling which I haven't been able to use for a couple of years due to no 3.5mm jack.

I’ve found the (robust) wire is quite stiff to start off with but with a bit of use it’s more pliable and the sound has improved with use. Very happy with these, don’t forget the additional foam tips in the box, under the card board. By default they are fitted with medium size but there’s a large and small size included in the box if you know where to look for them.

I'm quite happy with these given the price. I've fitted the foam ear pieces and they seem to do a decent job of keeping sound out.

Bass is good and I like the adjustable "tips" - black was a bit too bass heavy for me!

Quite enjoying the Google Assistant integration too.

Same here. Though ironically they're being added to an old pair of Shure which are nothing but cable
