Mine have arrived and indeed sound quality is impressive.

Only had a quick play with the various ear pieces but finding the fitment a bit challenging at the moment, they don't seem to fit tight enough, the slightest touch on the volume control or the cable in general and it loosens them. Is this just a function of the design rather than the "hook" nature of say standard Apple corded type?

As far as I'm aware I don't have Spock type ears or anything smile

More testing needed..........

Forget the silicone tips and use the foam ones. Roll them between your finger and thumb before jamming them in your ear like ear plugs. Small and Large tips are under the cardboard. Try large.

The wire does soften up with a bit of use.

Currently charging them.
Bit miffed as I'm pretty certain my box is a returns. The little seal wasn't intact on the box & everything fell out when I lifted up the tray frown

A future improvement would be to have the charging dust cover connected via the length of the cover & not the width. Not sure how that little bit of rubber is going to cope with being constantly flexed as you open & close it.

The stuff falling out the box thing isn’t because it’s a return, mine did that as well! Yours might have been spot checked for quality control. If everything is there, don’t worry about it.

Mine had another sticker on it when I got mine where you open it up.

I got told, it’s due to batch check. They take one unit out of every batch to inspect. They never sell returns.

Also the offer seems back on there website.

Medium tips seem fine for me.

Now at the gym, they aren't as good as the Shure at blocking out the god awful music they play here.
But nice not to have a lead dangling down my chest.

Anyone else experience a slight crackle in the silence between tracks?

Yes, I hear this with all my bluetooth products it’s the codec compressed streaming. Don’t worry OP it’s normal.

Just done a back to back test against my Shure.
The Rock Jaw have the better sound, just fuller across the whole range. Currently using the Gold filters, will have a play with the others later.
Just need to find a case for them now as the little sack provided won't offer any protection when in the gym bag.

Have you tried the comply tips? I've found they're pretty good at isolation, they worked brilliantly on a few flights this month.

Using the comply mediums. Will give the large a whirl & see what effect they have.

Does anybody else T5 sound better after a few weeks.

I’m noticing mine opening up to give even more details.

I’ve not noticed any difference, but still enjoying them. Low battery warning is handy as well.
