Recommend me an Installer - Reading Area

I've come into a few quid and want to upgrade my AV gear in the lounge, exactly how much is depending on the payout and what I can get past SWMBO.

I want to wall mount the TV (43" plasma) install a 5.1 system, hide all the cables and if possible hide the AV gear to keep it away from little fingers. An all in one controller is good and I'll want to connect a PS3, 360, Wii and sky+ or Humax.

I'm open to suggestions on makes and models although speaks must be wife friendly so was thinking something like the Kef 3005's. Budget for amp/speakers was £1500 with everything else on top.
