Help needed please. I have been using a sky box downstairs to send wireless signals upstairs to my bedroom tv. There is also a magic eye type function on the wireless equipment, a signal replicator plugs into the transmitting unti and relays the remote control signals I'm sending upstairs at the receiving unit. This worked fine with the sky box.

I have now replaced this with a Humax Freesat box, the picture and sound work fine but I can't get the remote to work, any advice please?

What remote are you using to try and control the Humax box?

Some of these work over a limited IR frequency range, maybe this is the problem? Check out what freq range the Humax uses and then what the one for all system will work with. How does the box communicate with the Humax? Does it have an IR transmitter, is this in the correct place?
