Sony KDL 37W5500 & Sky Sports HD

Finally going to upgrade my Samsung TFT to a 37'' LCD and then upgrade my Sky subscription to Sky HD. Couple of questions

1) I have a £650 max budget on the TV is the Sony one of the best or is anything coming up in the next few months that would be worth holding out for. Doesn't need to have freeview but needs to be 37''

2) I have Sky with Sky Sports pack, if I upgrade to Sky HD (£10 a month) do I have to pay extra for Sky Sports HD if I already have that package currently (£42 a month-ish)

I've got the 32 inch W5500, John lewis do a good price with 5 years warranty, I also noticed the 37 in sainsburys last week at less than i paid for the 32. Just don't have the space for the 37! Good set that seamed to get good reviews everywhere. Not as good as my old CRT for sport stuff, some line bleeding on the hockey from India but I suspect thats just a LCD thing. I'm running normal def Sky, don't feel the need to upgrade to HD.
