Anybody listened to/got The Killers at the Albert Hall BD??

I rented this disc, then sent it back as 'faulty' as it has a really crackly mid range soundtrack (to the point where my Mrs noticed and we both thought the new speakers were fked). I just bought it and this copy is the same.

Has anybody listed to this disc and found the same? All the reviews online praise the sound quality.

All of my other discs/CDs/digital music are fine and test tones upto 10khz are fine, so I'm pretty sure my speakers arent the problem. Surely they didn't fk up the SQ and I'm the only person on the whole internet to notice.

Welcome to the world of modern CDs.
The crackling will be clipping, where the levels are pushed so high it comes out as distorted mush.

its ok, all killers songs sound the same so this is probably why.
