Thinking about buying a Sony 52ex703 to replace my ageing Pioneer PDP 50 plasma. Has anyone bought one of these and what are your thoughts? So far I have only had chance to see one in a Sony store.
The other options are to wait for the NX803 which as far as I can tell is more stylish and runs at 200hz refresh rather than 100 however it is £800 more!
Alternatively would consider a Panasonic Plasma however after a brief look in House Of Fraser, the picture does not appear any better than the Sony.

I know what you mean, unfortunately the kids have played lots of games and left the screen on when paused which has resulted in quite a bit of burn in!
Otherwise the picture is better than anything on the market imo
Have you tried taking the aerial cable out and leaving it on 'white noise' via the analogue tuner, overnight? might well get rid of any screen burn issues.Otherwise the picture is better than anything on the market imo
