Red on my Plasma

Can someone offer some advice. I bought a 50" LG 50PS60 tv a few months back and also hooked up to sky hd. I have noticed that a few colours (mainly red) seem to flicker when the camera "pans" round during a show. I originally noticed this on hd but have also checked it out on sd and it is the same. I have reset the TV to factory settings and nothing has changed.

Before everyone tells me I shouldnt have bought LG, I did originally order a Panny but when it arrived it was damaged and I did comprimise to the LG. Is it because the TV is rubbish or the settings.

Any help would be appreciated.

All you can do is go into your picture settings and turn OFF every 'picture enhancment' that is there. For example movie mode, dynamic contrast etc... not sure exactly what LG's have there but they tend to cause issues. Panning shots have always been a problem for modern flat panel TV's.
