hehe not me, I just thought it was typical of someone in the know (the guy in the shop) trying to enlighten a customer, who just didn't seem to get the point.

Still very funny though!
He's not trying to enlighten a customer. He's trying to force a product onto a customer that doesn't meet any of her requirements. She has a price limit and wants an easy one box solution. He fails as a salesman.
She's gone in to the wrong shop. He's trying to sell her what he has to sell. I would have told her to fk off to Argos.
If, as a salesperson, you expect all potential customers to already know exactly what they want and know which shop sells it before entering the shop, what purpose does the sales person have?

If you would swear at a customer for entering the wrong shop though lack of knowledge whilst looking for a product then you are a very sad individual. I really hope I never meet you.
And as that figure of speech has whooshed right over your head so completely, I hope I don't meet anyone as daft as you in my entire life.
Always divides opinion....BOSE!

Buy Other Sound Equipment.

That said I have a Bose system for the TV and DVD and it is ok for what it is and I only have it as it makes it neater with me having big speakers for the music.
You can tell what a rubbish Bose is when I switch between the Bose & the ATC SCM40's, there is no midrange, a harsh top end and woolly bass.
It will go on Fleecebay when I get everything sorted.
