Just upgraded from a regular box and seem to have lost a couple of features.

'Anytime' has completely gone (It's been 12 hours now)

Series link option does not come up for Top Gear

There was a yellow sticker on the new box giving instructions for the installer to download the latest software. I have a self install deal and nothing in the self install instructions tells me to do this.

Any ideas?

software issue. It will start working soon.

Pull the power lead out. Hold down the backup button on the box (NOT the remote). Reconnect the power keeping the backup button held down.

You can release the button once the update starts installing (on screen message will tell you).

Takes about 10 minutes.
