Sky+ HD, switching the sound/vision off in the planner

My new Sky+ HD box is better than my old Sky+ box............but I miss the simplicity of the old box. The one thing which bugs the hell out of me is the mini-window when viewing the planner. I know you can switch the mini-window off, but the audio is still there.

Any ideas if/how to switch the audio off so when in planner, all is quiet? (like on the old box).
