B&W Zepplin full volume is missing..........

Hi

I've had a Zeppelin for a year or so and it has been faultless till now.

It doesn't seem to get any louder over about half volume. I've tried it on both the ipod a 3g iphone. The sound check level is turned off and the led changes colour as it thinks the volume is getting louder.

I'm sitting here 2" away from the speaker on max and can hold a conversation over it

Any suggestions will be appreciated as we are planning on using it as the main speaker over Xmas.

All sorted and loud again

Needed a firmware update. Not sure why as nothing had changed, but hey ho.
