Hi Guys,

I am getting a error code when i am trying to access certain tracks via Napster and wondering if anyone could shed some light.
When i select certain tracks, for instance Hed Kandi, a error "an error has occurred while adding tracks to queue (upnp=1000) is displayed.
I am not actually trying to add this to the queue only play these direct, however to no avail.

Any news on what this could be?
Thanks in advance!

I could be wrong, but think when playing stuff from napster (or anywhere) it does add to the queue (it does on mine anyway), maybe you need to clear the queue down? Alternatively I've had wierdness when using the android remote app (andronos I think it's called), sometimes it works sometimes not. Alternatively an occasional reboot of the sonos box seems to make it happier.

Hope this helps

I get this ocassionally when my broadband connection is very slow (I have pants speed in rural Bucks) at peak times of the day (eg early evening) so perhaps it's related to that?

If I retry the track later, it normally works

I'm trialling Spotify at the moment as it's apprently better quality than Napster although more expensive. Haven't had any issues playing via that, but they the user interface for searching tracks is not as good.
