I'm new to the world of TVRs and local to Blackpool, I am just seeing if there is anything going on in the area this summer. Cheers.
There's no major TVRCC event if that's what you mean? IF you're not in the club yet you may want to try attending a local meeting at the Plough in Staining.

I would like to join a club and that would be my local one. I've just bought myself a cerbera but it's a little bit rough around the edges so I'd like to spruce it up a bit before I park it next to club members minters.
I attended a show on the north shore a few years back, there were sprints up the front and rakes of TVRs, I was hoping there would be one this year.

No need to be pristine, every car is a work in progress, no one will look down their noses at your car. It's worth coming down to chat, not everyone has minters. Or pop along to the Phantom Winger at the M66/M6 junction in Fulwood on the 3rd Sunday of the Month for the Preston Supercar meet, a good number of TVR owners attend that.
Yep that would have been Back Home in 2010 when we had a Sprint down the promenade at Clevelys. Great event.
I wish it was yellow, it's a very light metallic green called ocean haze. I only got it about 3 weeks ago and I'm just sorting a few little diy jobs on it. It's got non TVR wheels on that I just can't get on with but luckily I've managed to he my hands on some standard 4.5 wheels that need powder coating and tyres. It's not showroom condition but I'd rather have a rough TVR than no TVR.
Hi Harry.
I too am a new Cerbera owner , near Blackpool.
Went along to the Phantom Winger the last meet, a great bunch of like minded people.
Have you been in touch with the lads at Xworks in Wesham, near Kirkham.
Good place for your servicing needs etc...
Oh and the folks at WRC [Wheel Repair Center] In Preston are worth a visit for your wheel repairs etc...
No affiliation to either outfit.
Dave.

Hi there, it seems we are pretty lucky being local to Blackpool. There's loads of ex TVR people who really know their stuff and do some great work. I think I'll go to the next supercar Sunday in Preston, my car is a bit rough and bit of a work in progress so don't park yours next to it and make it look worse.

Pop along to "Car Carnival On The Green" @ Wrea Green on the 31st May 1PM to 3 PM .. There will be plenty to see with over 150 Cars and a dozen "good" TVRS . You can also have a pint in the Grapes .Gassing Station | TVR Events & Meetings | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
