Attended this last year and will hopefully make it again this year. Any objections if my mate tags along in his new Morgan aero 8?

Would I be welcome in my c63? I'm looking for my third Tvr at the moment, but don't think I'll have been able to purchase one in time but would love to come out and join in the fun!

If you search for the ...High Peak Nomads TVR car club on Facebook then join that group. You will then find the "Thrills in the Hills" event page.
Cheers

This year we are asking for a very small entry fee of £2 per car. I am sure you will agree this is excellent value for a great TVR day out. You will get a free map and a "Thrills in the Hills" car sticker.
Lunch will be at the Knights table where they are preparing a superb quality buffet for us. The cost of the buffet is £8 and is ticket only. These tickets can be purchased on the day at the start venue or at the lunch venue.
So payment options are...
1. Just £2 per car, no lunch.
2. £2 per car + 1 lunch £10.
3. £2 per car + 2 lunch £18
We also have some great "Thrills in the Hills" T shirts for sale. Please contact RO Richard Walton ro@tvrcc-highpeak.co.uk for T shirt details
Thanks
The car stickers....

Two quid is well worth it bearing in mind all the time and effort that goes into organising this. Monte Carlo or Bust-style stickers look good too smile
Just over 3 weeks to go..

This is looking good!

Can anyone that may be staying over and coming to the region meet at The Norfolk Arms, Ringinglow, on the Sunday, can you let me know if food is required, so I can reserve. Thanks.

With regret... we are unable to make this, simply, with all the luck in the world, the Cerb won't be ready.
We'd booked a double ensuite for 3 nights (Friday 26th through Monday 29th) at The Manners in Bakewell, and have until Monday 22nd to cancel without loss. It's probably not directly transferrable, but if anyone is looking for last minute accommodation (in this area on a Bank Holiday Weekend!...laugh) PM me and we'll agree on a time when I will cancel and you can jump in and book (if that makes sense).
Absolutely gutted to miss this, hope the weather is beautiful for you all and you have a great event.
Drive safe and see you there next year.
Rik

Hi to everyone, I will be posting up lots of info this week to help the day run smoothly.
Forecast for the weekend is a heatwave so don't forget the sun cream. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2656617

THE START LOCATION.
HASSOP STATION CAFE DE451NW. We need to leave this location at exactly 10:30am. So if you require breakfast here please arrive early, they open at 9am. After parking here please make your way to the payment desk on the Patio area. Our man Glenrobbo will take your money and we have 3 options. 1. £2 per car entry fee, this gets you a map and car sticker while stocks last. Option 2 is £2 per car + 1 buffet lunch ticket = £10. Option 3 is £2 per car + 2 lunch tickets = £18. ( If possible the correct change would be great for us ) Thanks

LUNCH VENUE, THE KNIGHTS TABLE, SK17 0SN. We have managed to get the entire pub and car park booked just for our event on Saturday. It is a large car park but it may take some time and patience to get us all in. If we still have any unsold buffet tickets left they can be bought here. We aim to leave here at 2pm.
