Fantastic opportunity to have some Fun.
The TVRCC have been offered the opportunity for members to attend the Classic Festival on the Saturday 7th of July where we will have a 25 car Club display
.http://lyddenhill.co.uk/events/classic-festival/

However we have also been allocated a 20 min track session where with helmets you can get out and experience the track and your car without worrying about speed cameras.
If you dont have a helmet they can he hired on the day for £10.
The cost of the track and day is £25 per car so thats two people so £12.50 each which is amazing value including entry to the event.
We are limiting the number of cars on the track for safety reasons to 15 cars so that will leave 10 places for those who just want to attend the day and that will cost £10.
From others who attended this event last year it looks a great day out.
I know its late in the day to be promoting and filling this however with some great members out there i am sure we can.

The TVRCC Club office is handling all bookings and will keep me updated with numbers.
In order to reserve a space please send your payment to the Club Bank account sort 30-91-97 acc no 02306068 and in the reference box put your club membership number followed by CF (123456CF) for example.
As places are limited and may well fill up fast please book now rather than avoid disappointment

We have had great uptake on this so far for next weekend.
Looks like it will be a great day and if the weather keeps up a hot one as well.
We have still got some places available just call Ali in the Club office if you would like to take up a place.
We will be arriving at 8am to get the Colman shelter errected and the Club flags etc for the display side up ready for 9am if you cant arrive early thats fine although i have yet to have the time slot allocated for the track time however i expect it wont be first thing.
If anyone if traveling down a distance we also have our East Kent meet at the White Horse near Faversham on the Sunday so maybe some would like to stay over Saturday night and join us for that as well.
Please let me know if you can then i can let the White horse know for numbers

Well we had a great time and all really enjoyed the day thanks to the TVRCC Office for there help in taking the bookings sorting the indemnity forms and assisting us to make this a great day.
We never had more than 7 cars on track at any one time and everyone had two runs one in the morning and one after lunch
Well done TVRCC
