Great day. Perfect track conditions. Company wasn't too shabby.

Hopefully some photos and vidoes being loaded up as I type.

Roll on Donnington in August.

In the interim, I'll be looking to do a day in June and July. Mallory Park, Brands or Snetterton are my thoughts at the moment.

Another great day.

I will see if I got a bit of footage and put it up tomorrow.

Thankfully the weather held out and was perfect track conditions.

Another great day - catching up with pals and good fun on the track too. Thanks to Simon, Rob, Dominic for the passenger rides for Adam & Jess. Hope everyone had good journeys home.

Really good to see everyone yesterday, it was a great day out and I was happy to finally get some laps in. After my passenger ride with Peter I definitely still have a lot to learn!

It’s raining in Louth today, so perfect timing for the weather too!!

Short trackside video from me:

Same here!! Thanks very much for the passenger ride Peter. I did start to practice heel and toeing during my afternoon sessions.

It really was a great day and such a good atmosphere.

Thanks to Jane and Pete at the TVRCC for organising.

Any time. It’s a pleasure.

I wanted to have a passenger ride in the blue Exige. I am a poor passenger on the road an at the best of times and I couldn’t quite muster enough courage to ask! smile

I think I may put the Porsche out to pasture now, I think I will just give it light daily and touring duties before I kill it! Maybe I’ll bring my Skoda at some point in the future. Maybe Donington, we will see.

The best part of the day for me was seeing the older cars being driven around the track, they really have got classic beauty and style. Long may these Track Days continue.

Great to see everyone having fun and enjoying themselves. The British roads are so rubbish now from potholes to cameras that the joy is going out of driving sadly.

Just putting the car back to Road status. I have never seen so many flies on the front end of a car in such a short time!

I wonder is it all the potatoes in Lincolnshire?

Mine looked similar before I washed it. Only posting the picture to prove that the car is occasionally clean!

Another superb day out chaps - thanks for making us Lotus interlopers feel so welcome

Top driving standards throughout the day, great banter and lovely to catch up with a few familiar faces.

Cheers to the TVRCC for organising these events still after all these years. It didn’t seem that long ago when they were struggling for numbers - these days you have to get in sharpish to ensure you get a place.

Top stuff.
