Probably in the shade. drink

Yes it is 2006 and 'Swiss Tony's' Cerbera had just blown the clutch slave cylinder and would do no more miles in Spain under it's own steam.

As I listen to the rain sheet down I reflect that this time tomorrow we'll be on the 'Billie' (Pride of Bibao) [or the "KURSK", as Mark calls it - Roy] living it up in the Silverstone bar

There's no obligation to come every year, but James, Liz, Raj, Ken and Laura, John and Linda, Roy and Keith and a few others I've forgotten to mention ( It's me age!) - We'll miss you!
Have a nice gentle crossing hurl and a great trip down through Spain & Portugal. drivingwavey

Damn.

Wish I hadn't looked at the thread again. I'll be in bloody Redhill tomorrow whilst you're all on the ferry.

Have a great time folks; really wish we were going. I wish you good weather.

Car cleaners required!

After a dampish run to Portsmouth we've looked at the cars at Lerma and decided we need the specialist skills of John and Lee!

Lerma was brilliant sun, sitting outside having lunch and trying not to get sunburn, today cold and damp as we drove over the Gredos, sunny approacing Toledo -but I think it's following us - prediction is sunny by Seville.....

Prediction correct - Seville sunny and 20C Those with hood enjoying top down motoring

Trackday was great - Northstar racing ETC Volvo getting ready to test - you've never seen negative camber like what's on the rears!

You're a cruel man Jasper! Just got mine back from it's MOT and taxed it yesterday. If it wasn't for that flippin' crossing...

Cruel indeed.

Engine running in nicely, and raring to go....

If it wasn't for lack of money, work and not being able to go above 3.5k revs.. frown

Glad you enjoyed it too Gary, see you at Zolder? Heard you were "unlucky" on the way back, care to share the details?

Indeed a great trip, although the weather was horrible (we did half the trip too); never had the roof off!
Great trackday, Jasper thought I was the slowest; it felt like that ...

(D*mn, Carmona looks nice)

Gary: hadn't heard, what went wrong?

ROSSERS ! stopped for speeding not far from Santander then at the ferry port they checked my
log book and thought it looked a bit fake, that is the badge on inside wing. Luckily found the
VIN on the chassis which can be viewed through one of the front bonnet openings.

Ho-hum..

Being Captain Slow, you are always the slowest, Jasper, whatever car you drive!
