Cambs April Meeting - New Date & Venue

Hi Guys,
Just to remind you all that Cambs region change meeting day AND venue this month :

New meeting date is 16 April, the day is Thursday and the new venue is
Buckden Marina, Mill Road, Buckden, St Neots, Cambridgeshire PE19 5BH

Directions :-

From the North, East or West
At the junction where the A14 meets the A1, head south on the A1 towards London for approximately 2 miles.
Turn left at the first sign to Buckden, this will take you into Buckden High Street.
Immediately after the Towers wall, and just before the Lion Hotel, turn left into Church Street, which leads to Mill Road.
Stay on this road for 1.3 miles. The Marina is on your left.

From the South
Turn right off the A1 to Buckden at the roundabout where the A1 meets the B661 to Grafham Water.
This will take you straight into Buckden High Street. After quarter of a mile, immediately after the Lion Hotel and just before theTowers wall, turn right into Church Street, which leads to Mill Road. Stay on this road for 1.3 miles.
The Marina is on your left.

John - What time does it start? I may try and make it as it's just down the road but it'll depend on how busy I am at work and what time I can get home.

Glad the tyre was OK.

Most people get there around 7pm - ish and it goes on until we get kicked out.

you won't at Buckden, both the MD's of the leisure club are big time car nutters, they're very excited about this! (i go to the marina 3 days a week and thus know them quite well)

well, t'was a bit wet! good to see a few folk and their Tivs there though!

typical British "summer"...

great to meet S6 ROR and Mr M for the first time tonight!
i did take a few pics, but snapping cars in the wet is a PITA, a couple of pics came out quite bad, i'll post a few of the decent ones in a bit tho'...

Well I got a *very* nice surprise when I went for my gym session tonight.
Parked up.
<thinks to self> "Ooooh, is that a cerby. SWEET.
<walks up, has blokey look through window>
....it slowly dawns on me that the cerby I was looking at was flanked by another cerby and a Tuscan.
Hmmm.
Looks around.
Hmmm again.

Wooo hoooooo now I'm bathing in TVR goodness!!

Had a quick chat with a couple of you, and will defo come along in a month if some cerbies will let me sit pax and scream to go faster.

What a nice surprise, and end to an otherwise knackering day!
