You are quite right Kevin, the feeling of speed is not always there. At least the rumble strips were saved for later in the session!

You hit the rumble strip spot on, I can download 10mins of film and it was 9.50mins ish, made my job easier.

Best track day I have been on - loads of track time, great track.

Pretty high standard - last few days I have been on I was comfortable in the middle standard wise.

This time spent most of my time with my indicator on!

To me this track day had one of the highest contents of TVRs on a TVRCC track day I have seen in years of going to these events which has to be a good thing, it was great to see some other cars there though like the Chaterham type cars, BMW and the Honda S2000.

Excellent shots there Linda - as always

Where are the shots of me trying to get out while going round with John tho'? LOL

Excellent day all round as stated above

Had a drive of my friend's Caterham then rides in Mike's Cerbera 4.2, John S's new Tuscan,
Jonathan's 450SE and finally Ed's Vixen 2500.
I felt comfortable in each car and also with each driver - thanks again to you all

Looking forward to June next year already and working out whether to silence my Wedge 400SE enough to get on track
or just cadge rides again - as it was almost as much fun!!!!

Brilliant day - well done and thanks to all the organisers

Cheers
Richard

PS My friend Phil (who kindly let me share his Caterham) also says thanks and says it was the best organised trackday
he has done, and also the best value for money as well

Nice change to have decent weather. Pity there was some selective deafness during the breifing though. A good day with good people, I thought the Yellow Caterfield was rather entertaining making himself look a Charlie through Charlie's.

Brilliant event. Brilliant circuit. Brilliant weather. What more can I say other than had a blast. Many thanks to Bernie for organising it and Colin and his colleagues for valuable instruction available to everyone all day. We want more of these - well I do!
What he said really!
my first time at Cadwell ...Wow, what a circuit!woohoo was just a hoot! good driving as stated before by everyone,(except perhaps my rather sphincter clenching 'off' at the end of park straight(hope no-one saw me?)whistle. I even got past a couple of caterfields too. me happy!!

Here's my effort at a video!

This was my first run so it was a little sloppy... Had passengers for the rest of the day though so I had to take the camera out. Was very surprised how well the SC powered Chim faired against Cerbs, Tuscans and Saggys! Loads of fun smile

How did the Tuscan people do on the noise test?

I got 102db with cats and CCC

The people who where running without cats - did you scrape through or where you comfortable? What rear cans did you have on?

Keen to remove my cats again (maybe no with CCC's though) - mainly for the 50miles extra I get out of a tank!

But would like to pass track days noise tests without having to spent a fortune on silenced cans

Looks like a great track! Nice videos. So jealous to have missed out. I need to plan better for the next TVRCC one me thinks.

P.S. I've boooked myself in for Anglesey on the 18th if anyone fancies it (bookatrack.com) smile

One week on and am i'm already having withdrawal symptoms!

Fantatic day, fantastic circuit and great company!

Still love TVR's and a passenger ride in a Sagaris got me thinking again (thanks Neil).

Still for now I have to say that the Subaru truly supprised me. Not bad for a family estate!

The school run will never be the same again!

Some photos on the link.
