Carob/Cheddar had come up with the idea of a run to the borders some time this year.So we have come up with The Rusty Nail Run in Dumfries, which is being held at The Cairndale Hotel & Leisure Club

Contact - Suzanne - 01387 240 282 and mention TVR club. Rooms are £90/night B&B, £50 Deposit. A few folk are coming 2 nights and some for 1 night [up to yourselves].There will be a run out but havent work it out yet. If thinking of going you'll need to book soon as it is a scottish bank holiday.PS - just a get together. Hope to see you there jonny..

As Jonny says the run will be taking place around Dunfries over the weekend of September 25/26.
We come up with the idea at Big Bad Wegefest 09, as we thought it would be a good idea to come up to Scotland as the BBWF is always well supported by the guys north of the border.
There is some ace roads up there and Jonny and co are planning some great routes for us to enjoy, also lashings of ice cream on the way so i am led to believe.
We are going to be staying over at the Cairndale Lesiure Hotel in Dumfies and they hae very kindly agreed to a reduced rate for people joining up with us.
Should be a good weekend for anyone wanting to join up.
So far there are a number of wedges and a taimar coming along and it would be great to see more TVR of all shapes and sizes.
Even if its just for the runs out and a general chat, pop along the more the merrier.
