Murray Walker: Life in the Fast Lane

8:00pm - 9:00pm
BBC2

His excitable, passionate commentary defined a golden era of Formula One and enthralled viewers across the globe.
This documentary - an inspiring tale of a man who, at the age of 87, continues to break the mould - accompanies the indefatigable Walker as he travels to Australia for the opening F1 race of the season, relives his tank commander past and rides classic scramble bikes.
With contributions from Michael Schumacher, Lewis Hamilton, Nigel Mansell, Damon Hill and Jenson Button.
Should be an interesting viewing, I wonder how much of the Murray & James partnership we will find out about?

BBC2 is over-running by about 10 mins. It will follow Top Gear.

Problem is that it's screwed up everyone's Sky+ and V+ boxes, and remember it's not going to be on iPlayer.

I remember that the 1978 BGP we were all shouting at the tv 'he's not waving Murray!'
