Amazing programme. I didn't realise how old he was now and that he didn't even start commentating full time until he was retirement age!

On that note, I did find it funny how they had Schumi on the screen just as Murray was saying it was important to know when to call it a day. hehe

He's packed in a lot in his 87 years that's for sure! Murray driving the McLaren F1 is well worth a look too.

The people of his generation do seem to have had a real zest for adventure and life in general. Possibly something to do with surviving terrible times in the 1930's and 40's.
i love watching these progammes. Jackie Stewart, Graham Hill, Le Man ,all fantastic viewing can we have lots more please.

What a brilliant man. If you could have him as your friend he'd be the best friend you ever had. Top guy, liked by all.

Nice to see that the new Snetterton circuit pays tribute.

The final corner is called 'Murrays'.

If it's not on iPlayer it won't be a BBC production but an outside contracted production company. So don't blame the BBC if you do smile

Not quite.

EU thing to do with fag brands which can be shown in a historical context but limited to which media channels they are accessed through.

Murray Walker is a shining example of getting the most out of every day of your life. You get out of life what you put into it.
