I'm enjoying The Kennedys at the moment...Even though Katie Holmes is completely st in it, the rest make up for it.

Excellent as these are all new shows to me excepting Breaking Bad. I really appreciate it as I have to limit my movement due to my leg at this point. Keep them coming!

I also for some reason have been watching all these Ramsay cooking shows too (I figure my fellow PH'ers are an accepting bunch)

+1 for The Wire, and also for Firefly, which after watching you need to follow up with the film Serenity.

To that list I will add 'Game of Thrones' - for me, the best show on TV this year. I can't wait for season 2 of it next year.

Well I have seen all the episodes of Sons and I caught most of the very spread out last season of Justified which is a show I like because it really makes the location a part of the characters plus the original writer is really good. I don't know maybe a long running series I like having little marathons.

Band of Brothers is amazing - yes it's a bit bloody, but for a very good reason, and it doesn't glorify war in any way.

Bones - even if it is simply only for the delectable Emily Deschanel

Really? I don't know I think there's a lot better on the tube then her the main character from fairly legal, the female character from Burn Notice I could go on she's not unattractive but she's a little unusual and undoubtedly painfully skinny in real life . I just want to offer here some food or something

I will admit that given the choice I'd take her sister Zooey, but there's just something about Emily Deschanel (maybe it's the Temperance Brennan character she plays in Bones)... nom!

Another vote for The Wire from me.

Also Generation Kill, another David Simon (Wire producer) series. It is military, but it's VERY good.

The Killing (the original Danish one) and Wallander (again the original but this time Swedish, not the awful Branagh one)

The US version of The Killing kicked off on C4 tonight.

I must say, they did a great job. It is very good.
