Entourage Series 8...official thread

Watched it last night, and I agree with what is said above. There was quite a lot of explaining to do from the end of last season so it is only expected to get a "filler" episode.

Anyway glad they are back, gutted there are only 8 episodes though!

I have started watching it again from the beginning, so the timeline is a bit messed up for me. Currently nearing the end of season 3...

Fairly slow still, will wait and see how it pans out, but not that many episodes this series, so it better happen soon!

Yup...very slow! I just feel they should get more than 23/24 mins out of an episode and tie them up a little better.

Good to see the old Ari slowly returning...

Still feel I'm watching some kind of soap. It's lost its Mojo - and WTF, no nakedness???

S8 is without a doubt the weakest season yet - don't think I laughed during the most recent episode apart from when Ari busts in the house.

I've been waiting for it to get going from the start, but there's nothing there yet - and it's coming to an end soon.

Shame they've ended on this season, probably my least favourite.

Sadly, it seems to have lost some of its vitality.

Drama has a chance at a career, turtle is making good in business, Vince is clean etc.

Basically, many of the character traits that made series 1-7 unmissable seem to have been removed from the characters.

I suspect this is just the writers bringing things to a close, making each character able to 'stand alone' with their own career rather than just being one of Vince's hangers on. But, I'd agree this season is not the best.
