has ITV 3 ever had anything commissioned for it ? has ITV2 ever had anything more intellectual that Peter Andre and Katie Price fly on the wall TV commissioned for it.....

were the BBC delivers 4 (well effectively 3 by hours shown) channels all of which have their own shows commissioned - although there is promotion and relegation between between Beeb 1,2 and 3

I can remember coming home with a dish and dad moaning about installing it on the house. This was back in about 1991 when everything was free and all you paid for were the movies (under £6 a month). Thinking about it, I think we were one of the first to get SKY down our road. dad was also the first to get TV in the village but thats another story

Also remember buying a separate decoder and an odd thing called a SCART lead. I know what they are NOW, but back then it was all so hi-tech! Anyhow, I traveled 30 miles to get this damn cable to go between the receiver and decoder...£25 it cost me and it did not have all the wires connected!

The concept of "council" anything is the cheapest no frills version, hence council pop is water.

It may be that people feel that the majority of folk on benefits have SKY they do not, they have virgin!!!

No virgins on the council estates around here...
