Finally A Good Car Show!
Discussion
I don't like the smoking tire website so I can't really speak to that but that Matt ferrah seems knowledgeable and entertaining. For whatever reason they have an NBA player that knows very little about cars but I think offers more of a lifestyle viewpoint. For US audiences I think Adam Corolla is the guy they should have got for the US top Gear and I think it would have been better the current version simply falls flat while its British counterpart is far better.
I have seen several episodes now and i completely disagree with the people that say TG format it is not whatsoever. The things that I dislike about TG are most of the silly challenges and stuff like a celebrity driving a car etc. and rather get to other more interesting aspects of the cars in action. it's like having to eat all your vegtables before you can touch your meat and desert. Whereas the car show is all meat and desert. In fact TG USA is starting drop some of the star in a cheap car nonsense as well. I would say the only real failing if you can call it that is the fact that unlike TG which has a wide range of cars The Car Show Focuses on performance and exotic cars. The middle and high end but not the average or hyper exotic either. I.E. Corvette Grandsport Convertible vs. V10 Audi convertible. Lamborghini Gallardo etc.

we get it on the speed channel and hulu in the us but i understand no hulu there so I stuck up a link and they said no link but theres a few episodes if you PM me I will try to get a way for you guys to see them I didnt know we couldnt post links. I agree the zr1 sls comparo was the worst one yet but there a few other episodes I just wanted you guys to check it out.
Thanks for the info, just downloaded 5 episodes (couldn't get ep2 to work) and watched them all yesterday. Really good fun to watch with a healthy balance of humour. I remember Carolla from the loveline show so it was a bit odd seeing him going on about cars.
Not getting the Top Gear parallels though, seems nothing like it in format or content. It has more of an ESPN Sports Center feel about it.
