Very good but yikes as always adverts every 10 mins it kinda spoils the effect.

Would they really have left a serial killer alone in a room with an 'appropriate adult'?

Quite amazing acting, the bleak filter/colour scheme is a little cliche but was captivating viewing......when there weren't adverts! Will record the next one and fast forward through the breaks.

I enjoyed that very much (apart from the damn adverts every 8-10 minutes which are muted when they come on - terrible!). Great acting by the Fred and Rosemary characters. I've set an alarm to make sure I don't miss it next Sunday.

Thanks to Sky+ I skipped the ads, good acting throughout. It was certainly a grim house.

Caught up with it last night on the ITVPlayer thing, god dam it was good, dark and disturbing and from what I remember about it at the time the worst it still to come.

The ads were taking the piss though! On the player it just cuts to a black screen with 'Appropriate Adult' and reloads the next bit, but it seemed to happen about 10 times during it!

My mate used to park on Cromwell Street every week when he was doing his 'college day' as an apprentice and would occasionally park near the house, chilled him to the bone at the time.

Especially such a sexual killer, I thought that highly unlikely too.

Think he wanted her there, maybe a final kink for him to be able to describe what he did to another woman.

A mate was really 'into' this case when it happened, and some of the stuff the pair of them got up to was unreal, real sickos. Shame she didn't top herself too. And who'd pay to knob her - double bag job for sure. Fred used to watch her dad have sex with her and his own daughter!

Had to google it myself, an 'appropriate adult' can be called in to a police interview to help children or 'vunrable adults' aka Duppers and Nutters understand what's going on.

At the time the papers seemed to be saying Rose was the more evil of the two and Fred, whislt a sick, evil, beast was lead by Rose.

What I find slightly disturbing is Rose West probably watched it in Prison.

Even after watching both episodes I got a bit teary-eyed seeing the pictures and names of the victims at the end.
