After seeing some of the USA versions, this is exactly what I thought. The UK courses have so far been a bit tamer.You either do it for fun, or to try and win the money.
With the USA version, it doesn't look like fun, it looks like exercise to exhaustion for masochists. Taking that into account, it's a bit of a lottery as to whether you win or not, and I don't think the payoff is enough for the abuse to get it and the chances of getting it.
The UK one looks a lot more fun, with at least an element of skill. The pay off may be lower, but it is more of a skill game, so I'm be inclined to train and have a go.
