Sky+ Pause time....

Hi all,

Just wondered how long I should expect the Sky+ box to remain on pause.......

mine lasts for an hour on pause then starts moving again,

Mine did 67 minutes the other day. Then it just stayed paused.

I always thought that it lasted for the duration of the programme you paused - but that was about 4 years ago...

Mine seems to just stop the pause point and start watching the channel Live, which means for example if I try and tape Big Bang theory at 7, I can't watch both episodes as I get part of the way through the second episode and then it just stops and I end up watching some c**p that started at 8pm..

You can set it in a menu somewhere.
I think the default is 30 minutes.

Yep this, mine's set for an hour which is fine so long as there's enough free disc space.
