You can give Thor a miss, you won't have missed much.
I watched Thor yesterday - I enjoyed it but nowhere near as much as Iron Man or Incredible Hulk. It very much felt like it was there to introduce him for Avengers if that makes sense. Although Natalie Portman definately helped Halb said:

Eh? Did you actually watch it?I thought it was great. Introduced the character brilliantly (Hemsworth was perfect imo) and was thoroughly enjoyable, well scripted (some funny lines) and made sense (which is tricky when combining those two totally different worlds).
Pretty much all the reviews seem to agree so I'd recommend everyone watch it if you have an interest in comicbook films.
I'm now really looking forward to watching Cap america before the Avengers comes out

But Johnny tell me what you think it you see it. the ratings seem to be better than average but not really in the very good league, which is what I meant by 'you won't miss much'.
I agree with these sentiments
New York Times disliked the film as well, calling Thor, "an example of the programmed triumph of commercial calculation over imagination"
and
the film as "an aesthetic standoff between predictable elements and unexpected ones"

Hawkeye?
I really really really can't wait to see this. It looks awesome!
There's another great teaser reel banging about somewhere with a superb interchange between Tony Stark and Loki comparing their forces that ends with...
Loki: "I have an Army"
Stark: "We have a hulk"
(cuts to hulk roaring into the camera)

Mark Ruffalo (Shutter Island) is playing Banner, apparently Ed Norton had a falling out with the studio.
Apparently Norton is a difficult actor (for studios and directors) to work with hence why you don't see him in many movies. For example, he only appeared in The Italian Job remake because he was contractually obliged to.
When he made Primal Fear, he was signed to a three movie deal with the studio. Years went by and he still had one movie outstanding because he kept rejecting scripts the studio sent him.
In the end, the studio threatened him with legal action if he didn't do The Italian Job.

A shame really as I have enjoyed him in most of his films (haven't watched the IJ remake on principal)
